The holidays are over and it’s almost February.  Most of us have gained some weight between Halloween and New Years.  We have a Peloton and Ally Love is amazing and my name is Ross and she is always saying “you got this boss”, I pretend she is saying “you got this Ross”. HaHa.  We hope you enjoy this one.  I sweat so much when I ride, I feel like this after a ride.
